This is our origin story!
Our team met several years ago while working together at a large law firm. Having a lot in common personally and a ton of respect for each other professionally, we quickly became work besties.
Through this mutual respect and friendship, we also began to recognize that we shared a vision for how we could serve ambitious business owners with the legal strategies they needed to succeed.
Our synergetic practice areas, and combined experience made us perfect for the job. Together, we had the wide range of expertise needed to support clients at every stage of their business journey. In 2021 we created Smart Counsel, a full-service corporate law firm and your legal BFFs.
Our friendship is what brought us together and is also what drives our business to this day.
